DESCRIPTION
Ideal for attaching our 5/8-24 threaded M11 and M41 Severe-Duty™ Muzzle Brakes to your 1/2-28 or 9/16-24 threaded barrel, as well as mounting suppressors and other alignment critical muzzle devices. Wrench flats on shoulder make installation and removal for use on multiple devices simple and easy. Both Internal and external threads are single point cut in same operation to tight UNEF Class-3 tolerances for perfect concentricity and alignment. Compact design moves muzzle device only .100” forward maintaining full thread joint strength. The M4 muzzle thread adapter is precision CNC machined from pre-hardened HTSR 400-series stainless steel bar for superior heat and corrosion resistance.
Available in an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) matte-black finish, offering exceptional durability and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, making it ideal for full auto fire as well as suppressor applications. Also available in matte stainless finish.

Quality Product
Good quality product. I have installed about a dozen or so on customer's rifles. If I could make them better, I would make them longer--a gunsmith ready design, if you will. There is only .500" +/- available to thread into a muzzle device or a suppressor. Some suppressors require about that much just to reach the threads. In this case, a 24 TPI (.0416" pitch), and in order to have at least a 3 thread contact, this adapter would need to be at least .125" longer making it .625" of available threads. If these were made to .650", it would be perfect because a gunsmith could custom fit the adapter to the barrel. After all, isn't it mostly gunsmiths that are threading barrels and installing thread adapters on sporter contour barrels? On another note, I prefer there be at least the same length in threads as they are in diameter. Thus, a 5/8" diameter thread I prefer be 5/8" (.625") in length. Otherwise, this is a quality product that I will use often unless I need to spend the extra time to make my own for a particular application.

The only adapters we use.
We've seen plenty of different adapters come through the shop but Precision Armament are the only ones we use. Sufficient shoulder for suppressor use while still being compact and light weight. The wrench flats are an ideal thickness and not obnoxious like some cheaper ones.

Great fit and function
Awesome product. Used the 9/16-24 to 5/8-24 adapter on an old Browning BAR that had a BOSS muzzle device to use my suppressor on it. Now my super loud .270 win is super quiet and pleasant to hunt with.

M4 Muzzle Thread Adapter
I believe this is the 10th one of these I have used so I can run my Suppressors on thin rifle barrels. All have been perfectly machined. I just permanently attach them to my barrels using Loctite 620 and have never had an issue. Thanks for such a great product!
