Current Positions Available

Job Purpose:  Directly oversee and enforce procedures to comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and requirements. Represent the company’s values when researching and developing procedures to comply with regulation that pertains to firearms, firearm devices, and other company products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compliance plans to ensure strict adherence to federal, state and local law as it pertains to muzzle devices, firearms accessories, and other company products.
  • Assist in implementation of company procedures and instructions to support compliance with U.S. Government export/import regulations and company policy as they pertain to ITAR and EAR.
  • Learn, manage, and develop the company’s ERP system to minimize recording errors.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, error resolution and other bookkeeping duties as pertaining to compliance including but not limited to filing ATF forms 4473, NICS background checks, and NFA forms (2,3,4,5, and 9).
  • Responsible for maintaining backup log of multiple NFA item fabrications, WIP, sales, transfer and shipping.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participate in professional organizations, and travel for specific training.
  • Willingness to work overtime to attend trade shows and events to market product and identify compliance concerns.
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives in handling customer concerns. This may require learning and using an ERP system to process sales orders by recording, fulfilling, shipping, and invoicing.  Training to be provided.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in regulation with ATF, ITAR, EAR, and or other compliance related fields.
  • Intricate understanding of the parts of the various firearms and functional purpose they serve. Knowledge of firearms and ammunition industry history and terminology.

  • Ability to record data with a keen attention to detail and be highly organized.

  • Proven ability to listen carefully to, understand and work with compliance agents from government regulatory institutions and outside auditing firms.
  • Ability to remain patient and polite when dealing with challenging customers, government agents, or auditors.
  • Must work well in a team environment with an outgoing personality that drives issues to conclusion.
  • Willingness to think outside of the box and remain flexible, in order to satisfy the customer’s needs.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as basic math, algebra, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Job Purpose: Directly market to and develop relations with our customers. Represent the company’s values when creating advertising media that promotes firearm products and accessories.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote muzzle devices, firearms accessories, and other products.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence. This will include creating shareable content appropriate to spread both our brand and increase product awareness.
  • Design in-store displays, direct mailings, product packaging and advertising campaigns.
  • Create and maintain metric reports on marketing and sales activities to measure their effectiveness on profitable sales, brand growth and consumer loyalty for a number of business areas.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustain rapport with key clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives in handling customer concerns. This may require learning and using an ERP system to process sales orders by recording, fulfilling, shipping, and invoicing.  Training to be provided.
  • Willingness to work overtime to attend trade shows and events to market product and identify new customers.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the firearms product category.
  • Intricate understanding of the parts of the various firearms and functional purpose they serve. Knowledge of firearms and ammunition industry history and terminology.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication, read and interpret documents.
  • Proven ability to listen carefully to and understand a customer’s situation.
  • Ability to remain patient and polite, particularly when dealing with challenging customers.

Job Purpose: Directly responsible to produce machined parts.  Represent the company’s values when programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine and when maintaining quality standards, safety standards, records, equipment, and supplies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
  • Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.
  • Programs mills and lathes using CAD and CAM software to entering instructions, zero and reference points, setting tools, offsets, compensation, conditional switches.
  • Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
  • Assist General Shop Production Personnel in a variety of duties.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities.
  • Documents actions by completing compliance, production and quality logs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education.
  • 5-8 years or more of experience in CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Must be able to learn and adapt to new processes and operations.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity to assemble and package pieces together quickly and accurately and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds .
  • Work environment is similar to most manufacturing operations. May be exposed to excessive noise, temperatures, vibrations, and hazards associated with working around moving machinery.
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.

  • Must be able to use basic measuring devices to include but not limited to calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.

Job Purpose:  Directly responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and the company.  Represent the company’s values when answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and handling promptly and efficiently customer concerns. This will require sales order recording, fulfilling, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Investigate customer’s challenges and find solutions.
  • Provide backup support for all areas of customer service personnel.
  • Pack orders according to company procedures and ship product.
  • Make contact with current customers using phone, e-mail, internet, and other outreach means to maintain existing customer base and develop new customers.
  • Attend and assist in the planning of trade shows and events to sell and promote products.
  • Learn our ERP system for customer services and sales.
  • Assemble kits for the air products.
  • Be aware of and track supplies as they are used up.
  • Assist in continual and annual inventory for all products, as necessary.
  • Assist in the update of product catalogs, in store displays, direct mailings, and product packaging.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education. An equivalent combination of education and or experience would also be considered.
  • Commitment to company values.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time and lift or move up to 50 pounds .
  • Basic computer application knowledge to include but not limited to MS Office products.
