The TiTrex-300 suppressor is the best-selling, sound-optimized choice for .30 caliber and under, functioning exceptionally well on both bolt-action and semi-auto rifles—especially for precision and hunting applications across 5.56mm through 7.62mm. It is also the standout option for 300 BLK hosts.
Traditional suppressors wear out, degrade in performance, and require destructive repairs — but not the TiTrex™ suppressor. Featuring our patent-pending X-CORE™ Weld-Free Suppressor Exchangeable Core Technology, the TiTrex™ suppressor is built for unlimited service life, making it the only suppressor that can be exchanged and upgraded to the latest version over and over again.
At the heart of the TiTrex™ suppressor is Precision Armament’s proprietary NURBS™ suppressor technology—an additively manufactured, surface-modeled baffle architecture that delivers superior acoustic performance through baffle topology alone. The result is lower sound pressure levels and minimal first-round pop in a lightweight, compact design.
DESCRIPTION
WHAT IS X-CORE™ EXCHANGEABLE CORE TECHNOLOGY?
More than a concept—a platform that evolves. Built around the endlessly reusable Xband™ serialized ID component, the entire suppressor can be rebuilt or upgraded without ever altering its serialized foundation. Upgrade when technology advances. Replace if damage occurs. X-CORE™ tech moves the conversation from “buy and replace” to “own and evolve.”- Endless Upgradeability — Technology evolves—your suppressor should too. With X-CORE™ technology, next-generation cores can be factory-installed into your existing Xband™ component, keeping the platform at the forefront of innovation. Core upgrades also open the door to configuration changes—swap calibers, materials, and colors.

Light/Limited Full-Auto Rating:
Intended for controlled automatic fire in short, rapid strings followed by cooling periods. Typical use may include 30–90 rounds fired in short bursts or limited magazine dumps, with pauses to allow temperature stabilization. Suitable for routine training and non-continuous automatic fire, but not designed for sustained high-volume heat soak.
Heavy/SOCOM Full-Auto Rating:
Designed for sustained, high-volume automatic fire consistent with military-style SOCOM* firing schedules. Capable of handling extended consecutive magazine firing (e.g., 240+ rounds with minimal cooling intervals). Built to tolerate elevated temperatures, repeated thermal cycling, and aggressive duty environments. *The SOCOM firing schedule mandates six firing cycles, each consisting of eight magazines discharged at varying rates of fire. Although the rifle is permitted to cool between cycles, the evaluation still subjects the suppressed weapon to 1,440 rounds in a compressed timeframe, placing significant thermal and mechanical stress on the system.
The TiTrex suppressor wasn’t rushed to market—it was engineered through one of the most exhaustive test programs we’ve ever run. The Xband serialized ring went through dozens of design iterations to guarantee lifetime core exchangeability. Sound performance was refined through a rigorous DOE-driven acoustic program. Structural strength was optimized with FEA modeling and then validated through dozens of destructive tests, including impulse-fatigue cycles, ultra-short-barrel magnum abuse, and full-auto thermal meltdown trials. We also ran precision POI-shift studies to confirm minimal aerodynamic influence on bullet flight. Every weakness was identified and corrected before release—so our customers are never beta testers.
The TiTrex suppressor wasn’t built on assumptions—it was engineered through a rigorous, data-driven R&D program utilizing our state-of-the-art 1 MHz acoustic lab and the complex-geometric freedom only additive manufacturing can provide. Through more than one hundred design iterations, our engineers used a DOE-driven process to systematically study how specific internal features influenced peak SPL, impulse, and First-Round Pop (FRP), refining the design based solely on real, measured behavior—not guesswork.
Throughout development, TiTrex was benchmarked against leading suppressors in the same size and weight class to establish clear performance targets. This high-resolution testing led to the discovery of our proprietary NURBS™ technology—a hybrid-surface-modeled, DMLS-printed architecture that achieves precise flow control through surface contouring and baffle topology alone. Unlike competitor designs that rely on heavy internal plumbing or multi-stage flow ducts, NURBS technology delivers superior suppression without adding weight or bulk.
The result is a suppressor that remains exceptionally lightweight and compact—yet punches well above its weight class in sound performance.
The Xband component is a reusable Serial ID Ring that carries the suppressor’s legal serial number. It uses a one-way spring-lock system that permanently bonds the ring to the suppressor core. When a rebuild or upgrade is needed, the worn or damaged core is fully destroyed at the factory to recover the Xband component, allowing a completely new core to be built inside the existing Xband foundation.
Because the Xband component remains entirely unaltered through this process, the core can be replaced, rebuilt, and upgraded an unlimited number of times while preserving the original serial number and ATF registration.
X-CORE is the Precision Armament patent-pending, weld-free core replacement system. It allows the suppressor’s internal core to be replaced or upgraded—without cutting, welding, or compromising performance.
If a suppressor is built with X-CORE Technology, it delivers:
- Unlimited core replacements
- No destructive repairs or performance loss
- Upgradeable to future internal designs
- Maximizes long-term value of your investment
Yes. Your suppressor can be rebuilt using newer internal geometry, so it stays current with future technology and performance improvements.
As often as needed. There is no limit. Whether due to wear, damage, or obsolescence, the core can be exchanged any number of times.
No. The serial number is engraved on the Xband, which stays with the suppressor for life. This makes all rebuilds legally seamless.
Other suppressors often require cutting and rewelding during repair, risking misalignment and performance loss. X-CORE enables non-destructive rebuilds that maintain original strength, accuracy, and sound reduction.

Very, very impressive
Holy cow... I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I hadn't built this suppressor up in my head into something it's not. It's not very often that something fulfills everything that I had built it up to be. The entire appearance, fit, and finish are phenomenal. It is even better in person. The threads on everything are tight and precise. This was purchased with the intent of being a smarter replacement for the first suppressor I purchased. It checks all of the boxes on my "I wish..." list that I built after learning what I liked and disliked, and what I wanted in a better suppressor. Now, I just need some range time with it. Very impressive PA!
